CosmoLearning has posted Richard Feynman's Nanotechnology Lecture - Tiny Machines on line. The lecture lasts about 80 minutes and was presented in 1984 and is based on the concepts from his now famous lecture "There's Plenty of Room at the Bottom" given in 1959.

The IEEE has posted a spot light on careers in nanotechnology in this article Nanotechnology: Big Opportunities for Those Who Think Small. It seems hard to believe that nanotechology is projected to be a $2.4T business by 2015. That includes all products that incorporate nanotechnology into either the manufacturing or the product itself. The IEEE is hosting the companion website TryNano to provide more information on nanotechnology, education, and careers in the field.

The Discovery Magazine website has posted a list of 7 Animals That Harnessed Nanotechnology Long Before Humans. Insect compound eyes, butterfly wing coloring, and gecko feet are just some of the creatures that have adapted to use nanoscale structures.
