Graphenea has a projection of the cost of CVD graphene over time. Presently, graphene costs $15/cm² and is projected to be $1.5/cm² around 2016 in bulk. Graphenea sells a 100 mm Si/SiO₂ wafer for about $1040 which is about $13.2/cm².
