LTspice and PSPICE models and simuluations for most examples shown in the third edition of R. Jacob Baker's book CMOS Circuit Design, Layout, and Simulation are available at his website. Both simulation example packages are easy to unzip and run. The PSPICE version seems to run on the ORCAD/PSPICE lite version (as least for the few dozen I tried). I've enjoyed reading the first few chapters of the book and the simulation examples are impressive and nicely done.
