IBM has built a second generation graphene IC that preforms as well as silicon. The RF circuit operates at 4.3 GHz, occupies 0.6 mm2, and was processed on a 200 mm Si wafer. A complete description of the device can be found in the paper Graphene radio frequency receiver integrated circuit.
